One day while walking around Koenji maybe after dinner time or coming back from a meeting i can't remember i heard the shamisen sound and quickly follow the trail and discovered this 2 young guy playing the Shamisen. (excuse me for stereotyping, reminded me of anime Samurai Champloo/Ninja/Samurai Showdown etc)
